Haystack production besides being a source of income is a culture and a passion for us.
Over the years we have refined a particularly sophisticated process and collection system that allows us to have a totally healthy product, totally free from dust and mould. For this we have invested heavily in research, technology and machinery, some of which are produced by Piemonte’s companies under our guidance and project.
We have also introduced highly innovative production techniques including the use of an artificial drying system that allows the start of harvest at the exact time of flowering, regardless of climatic conditions. By doing this we get a very high quality product and certified by analysis that highlights the protein, vitamin and fibre percentage.
Hay is partially consumed by horses from the riding school and from private customers, and partly sold and delivered by means of our own property directly to consumers. Among our clients we include some of the best national horse riders of the three Olympic disciplines.
